Morbidly Beautiful is the new home of The Calling Hours Horror Podcast!

Calling Hours Podcast

For several years, I used to host a podcast called The Calling Hours for Horror Society Radio but had to stop due to time restraints and other commitments in the genre. Now, the time is right, and the funeral parlor doors will be opened again as the podcast will return on Morbidly Beautiful with NEW shows starting October 24th of this year!

For those that are not familiar with the podcast, I do in depth interviews with actors, actresses, producers, directors, FX artist as well as in depth reviews of Blu-Rays and DVDs. I even play the newest (as well as classic) in Death, Black and Gore metal from all of your favorite music labels. No subject in the genre is off limits, and I welcome the challenge of asking the questions few would dare.

To familiarize the readers of Morbidly Beautiful to the podcast and my style of podcasting, over the next 3 months I will be re-releasing the original 90 episodes on the site. Please feel free to comment, let me know what you like and don’t, who you would like to hear on the show and more!

Previous interview include Matt Farnsworth and Dianne Foster (The Orphan Killer), Tyler Mane (Rob Zombie’s Halloween) and Renae Geerlings (Compound Fracture), Felissa Rose (Sleepaway Camp, Family Possessions), Mark Torgl (The Toxic Avenger), Mel Novak (Game of Death), Brian Yuzna (Reanimator), Sean Kenney (Star Trek), Michelle Tomlinson (The Cellar Door), Max Wasa (Savage Beach), Billy Pon (Circus of the Dead), Thomas J. Churchill (Lazarus: Apocalypse), Herschell Gordon Lewis (Blood Feast) and many more!

Editor’s Note: We could not be more thrilled or honored to be partnering with The Dedman to bring this incredible podcast to the Morbidly Beautiful family. Since we started this site in October 2015, we always had the goal to one day make Morbidly Beautiful a multi-media horror fan experience. Finding the perfect podcast partner has been a long journey. We’ve been highly selective — looking for the most entertaining, informative, and professional podcast possible. Our site was founded on the desire to bring highly original, innovative and thought-provoking content to genre fans. Now, we have this amazing opportunity to be a part of a smart and highly entertaining podcast that has the same respect and appreciation for genre fans as we do…someone who shares our true passion for and love of horror across all media. We know our fans are going to love this, and we hope you’re as excited about this as we are!
