Revenge, a dish best served with pumpkin spice! Join Chaos and Carnage for black magic, bad decisions, and a date with “Pumpkinhead”.
Cruel, devious, pure as venom. This podcast’s broken loose.
ABOUT THIS EPISODE:
What would you do for a Klondike bar? Or revenge on the teens that accidentally killed your kid? Would you unbury a body in a pumpkin patch graveyard? Chaos and Carnage would gladly do it! Actually, they would do it just for fun, not even for a Klondike bar. Just for a normal Saturday night.
If you are a new listener to the PaNcast, be aware there are spoilers and expletives ahead! We break down the movie, go through a summary, offer analysis, trivia, arbitrary awards, reviews, ratings, fanfiction, and more!
“A Chad makes a Kitner and things go awry.” – Carnage’s Five Second Summary.
So if you are indeed a new listener, let me break down that five second summary for you. We have awards. Lots of awards and we even have an awards show for them. A Chad is the biggest douchebag in the movie and the Kitner is for child death. Break that down and the biggest douchebag in this movie killed a kid…and some shit went down.
Our Chad, Joel, is more worried for himself than poor Billy he ran over. Aw, poor Billy. Such a Chad that he flees the scene and then rips the phone cord out and locks up the ‘friends’ wanting to call for help. Because he had issues in the past. How many people has this ass killed?
Billy’s dad, Ed Harley, king of the mountain folk…just kidding, that’s his neighbor, Mr. Wallace…wants revenge.
Wallace’s grandkid, Bunt (Best. Nickname. Ever.) guides him to the witch, Haggis’ hut where she can supposedly make things happen. She can’t make Billy come back to life, but she can help Ed exact his revenge. I mean, he has to do all the dirty work like dig up the body, lug the body back and use his soul to power Pumpkinhead, but those are small details.
One or two deaths later, Ed begins to regret his choice and tries to help the remaining teens (*cough30somethingscough*) and Bunt escape the clutches of Pumpkinhead.
Make sure to watch Pumpkinhead so you aren’t spoiled like a decaying body in a pumpkin patch. Then join Chaos and Carnage to get ALL the Stan Winston deets from these slobbering nerds.
Pumpkinhead is streaming on Amazon Prime.
