Richard Scarry, no not the beloved children’s book writer, this is the other Richard Scarry, and his friend, Dave decide to buy a beautiful, palatial victorian house. The idea is to flip to earn a quick buck. But what this house lacks in modern lines and newness, it more than makes up for in ghosts and spiritual hijinks.
When Catholic cleansing doesn’t work ala Amityville Horror, their new friend Ginger, a goat and a bottle of vodka try to make the ghosts abandon their noble posts. Will Ginger succeed?
