This week on the Bloodhound Pix Podcast, we begin the new year with a new release schedule and a look back at the best hidden treasures uncovered in 2020.
2020 was a real horror show, but at least it gave us a chance to discover a lot of great new horror we might have otherwise missed.
MORE ABOUT THIS EPISODE:
Bloodhound Pix is proud to unveil our new release schedule for the new year. We will be transitioning from weekly episodes to bi-monthly episodes (the first and third weeks of the month), but we will still be releasing the same amount of content! The first week of the month will be our mainstay content, and the third week of the month will be reserved for our #HorrorNotFear bonus episodes.
We are kicking things off with a new episode of Covid Comfort hosted by Kyle. This week, he is counting down his Top 10 Horror Discoveries of 2020. These are all films released pre-2020 that he discovered for the first time this year. It is an eclectic mix of older 70s and 80s horror, and some overlooked recent films. So tune in for this interesting grab bag of recommendations!
ABOUT THIS PODCAST:
The Bloodhound Pix Podcast seeks to highlight independent and obscure horror cinema, and create an inclusive space for creators and fans to interact.
Hosts Craig Draheim, Josh Lee and Kyle Hintz met as graduate students pursuing their MFAs in Screenwriting at the David Lynch Graduate School of the Cinematic Arts at Maharishi University of Management, and they bonded over their love of horror cinema. In 2019, they set out to form their own production company and podcast to focus on indie horror. Thus, Bloodhound Pix was born.
Be sure to tune in the first and third weeks of the month for new episodes of THE BLOODHOUND PIX PODCAST on the Morbidly Beautiful Network.
