ABOUT THIS EPISODE:

We are so excited for our 200th episode! Welcome if you are new to our podcast. And if you are a long-time follower, I hope you will help us celebrate in Louisiana style with Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles. Thanks to Calamity Kilt, Bubbles, and Banjopants who were able to join us for this episode along with Louis, LeStat, and Claudia.

If you are a new listener to the PaNcast, be aware there are spoilers and expletives ahead! We break down the movie, go through a summary, offer analysis, trivia, arbitrary awards, reviews, ratings, fanfiction, and more!

“Vampire is made and tries to hold onto his morality and things go awry.”– Carnage’s Five Second Summary.

Poor Louis. It must be hard to be LeStat’s vampire child. How dare he make you enjoy life and drink blood to stay alive?  He even gave you a choice, for Pete’s sake, what more do you want?

Let’s be honest, folks. If you could have a huge manor house, gorgeous clothing, a pile of money, and a bevy of servants — which also could be used as food in a beautiful locale like Lousianna — would you really give it all up? Just because you had to kill some pesky humans and your servants might think you were the devil incarnate? Small picture stuff, really.

Check out Interview with the Vampire to keep from getting spoiled like blood from a dead boy. And then make sure to join Chaos and Carnage with their special guest stars to find out the true story of a real vampire. After the episode, stick around to hear Chaos, Carnage, Bubbles, and Banjopants pit their wits against each other in a scorching game of Horror Trivia.

Interview with a Vampire is streaming for free on Netflix.
