Boobs, Blood and Bad-Asses Hammer Horror Podcast

Introducing the newest addition to our podcasting network: a bi-weekly podcast exploring the many incredible titles in the Hammer Horror movie catalog.

Boobs, Blood and Bad-Asses Hammer Horror Podcast

Here at Morbidly Beautifully, we are thrilled to be growing our network of entertaining and provocative podcasts. The brand new “Boobs, Blood and Bad-Asses” podcast is the latest addition to our ever-expanding catalog.

Airing the first and third Tuesday of every month, this hour-long podcast will dive deep into the Hammer film library — focusing exclusively on Hammer’s horror titles. Each episode will cover ONE Hammer Horror movie at a time.

Beginning with Horror of Dracula (the premiere episode, airing next Tuesday, September 3rd), hosts Dr. Chris and Ro will discuss each film in the Hammer library, in no particular order. Selections will be made based on what films are currently available on DVD and Blu-ray or streaming media.

We are incredibly proud to have someone of Dr. Chris’ broadcasting experience hosting a podcast exclusively airing on Morbidly Beautiful. A long time horror host based out of New England, he started a Horror Radio show back in October 2007 when no one else was doing it. As part of his very successful show, Dr. Chris Radio of Horror, he interviews a variety of influential guests and plays horror-related music.

Based on the success of his show, he was able to spin it off into the Radio of Horror Network, now hosting a variety of exceptional programming — including the popular Dead TV, Goth Girl Horror, and Hack/Slash podcasts.

Dr. Chris’ co-host for this how is Ro, a graphic designer and avid horror fan. This is her first podcast, and she could not be more excited. Ro lives in Florida with her husband and many cats!

Be sure to join us at 7 pm Central time on Tuesday, September 3rd for episode 1 of the “Boobs, Blood and Bad-Asses” Hammer Horror Podcast, where Dr. Chris and Ro will be discussing Horror of Dracula

I was able to catch a preview of the show, and I guarantee you’re going to love it. Dr. Chris and Ro have amazing chemistry, and they have so much knowledge between them — as well as a genuine passion for horror, the Hammer legacy and the studio’s impact on the genre. It’s an incredibly entertaining and insightful hour of programming, and I’m honored for this show to be hosted on Morbidly Beautiful Radio.

And stay tuned for more big announcements coming soon as we continue to expand our podcasting network and add a variety of stellar shows to our growing line-up. There will be something for everyone, covering topics as diverse as classic horror television, extreme horror, indie filmmaking, and more.
